Our Founding Partner
DASH & PORT, LLP was founded on the principle that the injured need a warrior to protect them from insurance carriers hellbent on disregarding and undermining their rights. Prior to advocating for the injured, Mr. Dardashti was a former Partner of a large, well known defense firm. With over a decade of firsthand experience dealing intimately with large insurance carriers, Mr. Dardashti's background allows him to navigate through cases in the most advantages, calculated and efficient manner, He is compassionate and committed -- he works tirelessly to fight for his clients.
Mr. Dardashti earned his B.A. from UCLA and J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, as well as a certificate from the renowned Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. Mr. Dardashti is also recognized as a Certified Specialist in Workers' compensation Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
Stan Portman
Managing Partner
Prior to fighting for the injured, Mr. Portman was a managing attorney of one of the largest, premier defense firms. With well over a decade of experience representing employers and insurance companies, Mr. Portman's background gives him a unique perspective of claims in order to maximize compensation and benefits in his fight for the injured.
Mr. Portman was born in Ukraine and grew up in Los Angeles, CA. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis.
